The installation and start-up of any medical equipment purchased is part of Stöpler’s services. Its technical teams include specialists with extensive knowledge of certain equipment, who can be deployed as trouble-shooters at a moment’s notice. Stöpler also has a team of all-round technicians who can tackle a wide variety of tasks.

Extending useful life

Stöpler has developed a programme that monitors the useful life of equipment and prolongs it as much as possible through timely proper maintenance. This keeps costs low over the total period an asset is used. Constant monitoring provides a complete history of any given piece of equipment. This information is stored in a database and provides a rational basis for decisions about investments in a replacement or in new equipment.

Maintenance programmes

Stöpler provides both preventive and corrective maintenance of medical equipment. Clients can pick and choose the level of service they want and we will draw up a service agreement. This allows clients and equipment users to design a programme that best meets the needs of their organization and budget.
